SHIPPING

 

Currently POSST is available for purchase within India only. We do not ship internationally. However if anyone from outside India is interested in buying our bike, please mail us a request at info@posst.bike and we will get back to you with details on how you make a purchase from outside India.


All POSST bikes are shipped / delivered as completely assembled, adjusted and test ridden by expert mechanics. To ship, we remove certain components such as the wheels, seatpost, pedals, and handlebar, attaching them securely to your bike’s frame. Once delivered, assembling your bike is a quick and simple process using the tools and instructions we provide. 


All POSST bikes are shipped as illustrated and described. Selecting alternative component configurations is not currently possible. This applies to stems, handlebars, cockpits, seatposts, cranksets and crank lengths, wheelsets, etc.


POSST assumes only the timely and correct shipment of the product to the carrier and is not responsible for the delays caused by it. The estimated time for sending the order in the online store is therefore not binding.

Once your order is processed you will be able to check the status of its delivery on your account page. All orders will ship from our Chennai store/warehouse. Our goal is to ship bicycle frames and soft goods within 3 business days. Complete bicycles are shipped based on the stock and availability, details explained on the bike product page.

Shipping rates:

Bicycles Group rate ₹ 3000
Framesets Group rate ₹ 1000
Accessories Group rate ₹ 100
Clothing Group rate ₹ 100

Delivery Timeline, when in stock: 
Bicycles - up 35 days to build and despatch 
Framesets - up 35 days to build and despatch
Accessories - up 2 days to despatch
Clothing - up 2 days to despatch

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The return / exchange / cancellation policy of bicycles are as below:

We take utmost care to built your bicycle and check thoroughly before we pack and ship it to you. We will contact you through phone / mail to reconfirm all options that you selected at the time of placing your order online. You may also contact us for any clarification before placing your order. This way we ensure that you receive our bicycle 100% as per your need. Please note that there is no return / refund for bicycles that have been dispatched. Incase of manufacturing defects or transit defect, please refer to our warranty policy.

 

If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hrs of placing the order online, a nominal cancellation charge of Rs. 1,200/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred only)  along with a transaction reversal fee of 2% (Two Percent) of the amount paid will be deducted prior to processing the refund to you. The return / exchange / cancellation policy of parts, accessories and apparels are as below:

Functioning defect, email us within 7 days and get refund/exchange.
Wrong or damaged item received, email us within 48 hrs and get a refund/exchange.
Size issue, email us within 48 hours and get an exchange. If the desired size is not available then get refund.

Size issue is considered only if it does not match the description on the site. Please check the size chart before ordering.


Please note, shipped Items cannot be returned unless they meet the following conditions:
Have the tags still attached to the product as before.

Have original, unripped packaging  (the courier bag may be ripped).
Be in resellable condition.
Unused, unworn, unwashed.

Intimate-use items like cycling shorts, socks are not eligible for return / exchange.

Cancellation, you may do so if it is not shipped yet and get refund.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND 

In cases where the refund is approved by POSST, the mode of your refund to be processed depends on your original payment method. If you have paid by credit/debit card/internet banking, refunds will be sent to the respective bank within 5 (Five) to 10 (Ten) business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
